FAQs

ALLERGENS - Are your products nut free?

1

We do not use nuts as ingredients in any of our cakes or cupcakes. However, some ingredients we purchase may have been produced in facilities that handle nuts. As we cannot guarantee against all potential cross-contamination within the supply chain, we are unable to make a certified nut-free claim. If you have a severe nut allergy, please contact us before placing your order.

Are your products suitable for coeliacs?

2

Our products are not suitable for coeliacs, as we use wheat flour and other ingredients containing gluten in our kitchen. We are therefore unable to guarantee any products as gluten-free unless requested via our custom ordering service.

Are your products dairy free?

& HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?

3

Our products are plant based which means they are 100% dairy free.

We cannot guarantee against third party cross contamination - meaning some ingredients used may have been produced in a factory that handles these. Please check with the allergy sufferer to ensure this will be a suitable option for them before placing your order

You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

PRODUCT STORAGE - How long can I keep my products for?

& CAN I FREEZE MY ORDER?

4

For the best flavour, texture, and overall quality, we recommend enjoying your products as fresh as possible.

Cupcakes will remain fresh for up to 5 days when stored correctly in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. During warmer weather, refrigeration may be required. If refrigerated, allow cupcakes to come back to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.

Large celebration cakes should be kept refrigerated until ready for display or serving. We recommend removing the cake from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving to allow it to reach room temperature.

Freezing Your Order

Most of our products can be frozen; however, freezing may affect the quality, texture, and freshness once thawed.

If you choose to freeze your cakes, we recommend doing so on the day you receive them. To protect the product, ensure it is:

  • Wrapped thoroughly in plastic wrap (cling film)

  • Sealed completely to prevent air exposure

  • Placed inside an airtight container before freezing

Products can be frozen for up to 3 months.

While cakes generally freeze well when stored correctly, we do not personally recommend freezing cupcakes, as the sponge, fillings, and decorations can be affected during the freezing and thawing process, which may impact their overall appearance and texture.

When ready to enjoy, thaw products overnight in the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature before serving.
